Kelda Wood is the first para-athlete to row across the Atlantic Ocean as a solo. Following this “ordinary” woman’s journey through the tallest peaks in the world, the GB Paralympic Squad, cancer, and her charity helping people going through trauma, inspires us to go on our journey and accept that sometimes life is just shit… but that doesn’t mean we quit.
